Medical Guardian Pte Ltd is offering a Restoration Package to assist you & family grieve quietly while delegating the restoration work to us. Living spaces need to be restored post event.
Where there is equipment & long term care involved, it can sometimes be a daunting task to start the clearing, cleaning & restoration process once a loved one has passed on.
Our service is to facilitate the removal of any unwanted equipment. Walls in the room will be freshened up with a new coat of paint. A cleaning crew will attend to spruce & deep clean furniture, floors, walls, windows, bathroom & toilet. Helping hand to move around & replace furniture into the room, as required.
Our objective is to work sensitively but efficiently & effectively with the least disruption to grieving families and returning to them their living space, quickly.

Our call out time is approximately 48 hours from receiving your instructions. Customers from our Services will have priority & Medical Guardian Pte Ltd will try to honour your request, where possible.
This Home Restoration Service will take approximately 8 hours in total to fully implement.

Medical Guardian Pte Ltd is offering a special discounted rate for this Restoration Package to its’ customers from the Professional Medical Guardian or Elder Management Consultancy Service.
Client Families who have bought Block bookings from Medical Guardian Pte Ltd & have time left over, can use the difference to off-set the costs of this Service.

• Deep cleaning of furniture, floors, walls, windows, bathroom & toilet.
• Re-arranging furniture back into room as instructed.

• Painting in white or magnolia of a standard size room Dimension: approximately up to 16sqm
• Deep cleaning of furniture, floors, walls, windows, bathroom & toilet.
• Re-arranging furniture back into room as instructed.
• Removing any unwanted bedding, small items like wheelchair, commodes, and any small items of furniture.
No more than 3 items included in the price.

Package 3

Price on application
• Painting in white or magnolia of a standard size room Dimension: approximately up to 16sqm
• Deep cleaning of furniture, floors, walls, windows, bathroom & toilet.

• Removing any unwanted bedding, small items like wheelchair, commodes, and any small items of furniture for disposal.
No more than 3 items included in price.
• Removing of hospital bed for disposal.

Price on application
• Painting in white or magnolia of a standard size room Dimension: approximately up to 16sqm
• Deep clean furniture, floors, walls, windows, bathroom & toilet.
• Re-arranging furniture back into room as instructed.
• Removing any unwanted bedding, small items like wheelchair, commodes, and any small items of furniture for disposal.
No more than 3 items included in price.
• Removing of hospital bed.
• Delivering the removed hospital bed to an address anywhere in Singapore.
